How photos, account details and payments are handled.

Operator and service
Genjutsu Video AI is operated by Core Matrix, LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. The service generates video from one permitted adult photo and an original site-provided motion template. Account details, generation settings, job status, output locations, orders and credit records are used to provide the service.
Photos and the generation provider
When you create, your photo is temporarily uploaded to Kie and used with the selected motion template. We do not store input photos in our database or private output storage, or use them to train our own models. Provider-held inputs, outputs and logs follow the provider’s policies. Deleting a creation here does not delete provider copies; we do not promise their retention period or training practices.
Sign-in and payments
Google sign-in provides an account identifier, email address and basic profile details. Your Google password is not entered here. When purchases are enabled, Waffo handles payment details. We store order references, payment status and credit records, and do not collect full card numbers through our forms.
Browser drafts and consent
This tab temporarily saves your photo, template choice and request reference so you can continue after sign-in or payment. After a reload or sign-in, confirm adult consent again and press Create yourself; generation does not start automatically. Removing the photo, signing out or changing accounts clears the photo draft. Browser session restoration follows your browser’s settings.
Private results and deletion
Completed videos are archived to private R2 storage with account-authorized access. We do not currently run automatic expiry for these outputs. You can delete completed or failed tasks in My creations; successful deletion removes our stored file and its creation record. Active tasks must finish first. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Necessary accounting, dispute and legal records may be retained.
Shared account boundaries
Where sites run by the same operator share an account system, your account, credits, orders and creations may be available after signing in separately. Login cookies remain limited to the current domain. Separate websites do not imply separate data stores.
Analytics and cookies
Sign-in, language preferences and initial attribution may use cookies or browser storage. First-party analytics record public pages, fixed source categories and conversion events, not photo contents or free text. When Google Analytics 4 is enabled, public page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; account details, emails, photos, prompts and private page addresses are not sent. New collection respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track; an already-started transaction may still have later status records.
Contact and data requests
For access, correction, account deletion or data questions, use the support email below. We verify account ownership before action. Do not send passwords, card details or unrelated sensitive documents. Deleting a creation does not delete an account or provider copies.
