Use of photo-to-video generation, credit packs and monthly plans.

Service and eligibility
Genjutsu Video AI is operated by Core Matrix, LLC. You must be at least 18 and have the rights to the photo and the informed consent of the adult shown. The service accepts site-provided single-person motion templates, not personal video uploads.
Content and conduct
Impersonation, deceptive synthetic depictions, portraits without consent, celebrity and public-figure photos, minors, infringement, sexual content, violence, hate and harassment are prohibited. Follow Acceptable Use and do not evade review or abuse the service. Outputs are AI-generated and must not be used as evidence of a real event.
Prices and credits
This site offers one-time credit packs and monthly plans. Actual prices, credit amounts and expiry appear in the configured offers and at checkout; Waffo processes payment. One-time packs are charged once and their credits do not expire. Monthly plans renew at the shown price; each paid billing period grants credits that expire at its end without rolling over. Cancel future renewal anytime in Account → Billing; the current paid period remains usable under its terms. Each motion template displays its own credit cost before submission. Failed or rejected generations restore that task’s app credits, not a cash refund. An uncertain provider submission keeps its original request pending review; do not submit another paid request for the same result. Purchases are closed while templates or generation are unavailable.
Purchase refunds
Contact support with your order reference about incorrect charges, missing credits or other purchase issues. We review these under applicable law and Waffo rules, considering credit usage, provider status and duplicate charges. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period. This is not a promise that every purchase is refundable, and it does not restrict rights provided by law.
Results and sound
AI may change facial details, hands, movement or backgrounds. Exact frame-by-frame motion matching is not guaranteed, and completion time has not yet been measured. Templates and outputs are silent. Choose sound you have permission to use when publishing, and disclose AI generation where necessary.
Access and service management
View and delete your private results in My creations. We may limit service, remove content or suspend accounts for maintenance, provider failures, policy violations or valid legal requests. Do not rely on the service for your only copy; download work you want to retain.
Contact and disputes
Contact the support address below for billing, permission questions, content reports or review of a decision. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
